I Am Doing a New Thing!

Speaking to the children of Israel, during the time of Isaiah the prophet. The Lord declared this to them, (and as the spiritual seed of Abraham, we can declare it over ourselves, as well.)

Isa 43:15-19 (GW) I am the LORD, your Holy One, the Creator of Israel, your King.

Isa 43:16  The LORD makes a path through the sea and a road through the strong currents.

Isa 43:17  He leads chariots and horses, an army and reinforcements. (They lie down together and do not get up again. They are extinguished and snuffed out like a wick.) This is what the LORD says:

Isa 43:18  Forget what happened in the past, and do not dwell on events from long ago.

Isa 43:19  I am going to do something new. It is already happening. Don’t you recognize it? I will clear a way in the desert. I will make rivers on dry land.

My friends, God is on the throne and nothing catches Him by surprise. By the time we figure He needs to do something to change the situation at hand. He says I Am already doing something about it, even something new when needed.

The Bible says in, James 4:2b (MKJV)…, yet you have not, because ye ask not. My friends, He is waiting on us to ask for help and deliverance. He is waiting for us to step out in faith and say, “Lord, I believe.”

But you may say, “I want to believe, but walking in faith is hard“.

Actually, it’s not as hard as we make it out to be. It may seem really difficult at the time, when we started believing His Word. But if it’s in the Bible, as His will for us. Then without a doubt, we can stand on His promises and say “He can, it’s His will, and He wants to do it for me“.

Are you ready to see, how good our God is?

Eph 2:4-9 (KJV) But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us,

Eph 2:5  Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved😉

Eph 2:6  And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus:

Eph 2:7  That in the ages to come he might shew the exceeding riches of his grace in his kindness toward us through Christ Jesus.

Eph 2:8  For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:

Eph 2:9  Not of works, lest any man should boast.

So, how are we saved?

Well, thank the Lord it’s not by our deeds or works vs. 9. (Although they are important, it is not by them that we are saved. Instead, they are a fruit showing we have experienced His love and received salvation.)

My friends, we cannot somehow be good enough on our own and God knew that about us. So, it’s by His “Unmerited Favor/Grace“, which He gives to us that empowers us to believe.

Did you catch that? God gives us the faith to believe Him. For everything we need and especially the plan of salvation through His Son.

Then, when we use the Grace, which He willingly provides. He rewards us for using what He gave us, in the first place.

Oh Hallelujah!

My friends, God is doing a “New thing” in and through us. No longer are we straddled with obeying all the Law and the Prophets in order to try and gain salvation. But now, we receive salvation through His Son and the gift of Grace, which He provides.

His Grace/Unmerited Favor allows us to find salvation, provision, health, healing, restoration, and protection, in Him.

Glory be to our God, Who reigns in heaven and on earth, (on earth, as we allow Him to do so in our lives.)
