When everything around us is constantly shifting and changing, where can we go to find safety?
Well, take a look at this scripture setting in the Bible. It says in Psalm 40:1-2 (ISV) I waited expectantly for the LORD, and he took notice of me and heard my cry.
Psa 40:2 He plucked me out of a pit of confusion, even out of the quicksand; he placed my feet on a rock and established my steps.
My friends, there is not a better place to find security and safety then on a good solid rock. Especially, after experiencing the uncertainty of ones life, (when it flashes before our eyes) while attempting to be rescued from quicksand.
Just breathing a sigh of relief in that moment, allows us to be so thankful for having the rock close by.
The solid rock symbolizes God. He is the One unchangeable thing/person/personality in these uncertain and changing times. When we are reliant on Him and His Word. When we have a relationship with Him through His Son. Then the ending result will be the safety and security that we so desperately need and desire in today’s fluid society.
Always, always, always please remember to run to Him and not away! He is always our answer and never the problem. He is always near us, ready to be our hiding place. The psalmist put it like this in, Psalm 32:7 (ISV) You are my hiding place; you will deliver me from trouble and surround me with shouts of deliverance.
Oh praise the Lord! He is our deliver!

Gen 1:1 In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.
My friends, if anyone is an expert on how things were formed or created, it is the One doing the creating. In this case, it is GOD!
Psa 90:2 says…Before the mountains were brought forth, or ever thou hadst formed the earth and the world, even from everlasting to everlasting, thou art God.
God was God before He created the things now seen. The heavens (the universe with the sun, moon, stars, planets, solar systems, and galaxies). And the earth and all that is on or in it.
This includes us, mankind! He created man/woman in His image. He created us with a free-will. That is a will to decide to do what is right or wrong. However, if we follow Him, He says, He will be with us forever. He will never leave us or forsake us.
My friends, if I was ever going to look to and follow someone, it would be the One who knows everything about me and my future. The one whose very breath, gave man life!
He is the One who existed before anything that we can see with our physical eyes. I know when we get to heaven our eyes will be amazingly shocked with the beauty of our Lord and the majesty of His home.
He existed before all things and He will still exist when its all gone. Oh praise the Lord!
Do you presentlly feel like you are too tired, weak, or deficient in your physical, mental, financial, or spiritual state, to face the present challenges in your life?
Well, I have good news for you! The Bible says in…2Cor. 12:9 (KJV) And he said unto me, MY GRACE IS SUFFICIENT for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.
My friends, when we operate in our own strength, we can only go so far. However, when we operate in His strength. Then even when it seems like we have reached the end of ourselves and/or our abilities, we can still go further…because of Him.
“HIS GRACE IS SUFFICIENT” for us!
Did your notice this is present tense?
His grace “is“!
My friends, it “is” presently working in our life! It “is” presently sufficient! So even in the natural when we reach our point of weakness. Or the end of our rope, (so to speak) then especially in that moment, “HIS GRACE IS” available for us and we receive our strength in Him.
Oh Praise the Living King, Jesus Christ the Righteous Son of God, our Lord!
Thank You Jesus for being our GRACE! Thank You that You are more than enough for every situation in our life! You are our sufficiency, amen and amen!

Psalm 91:5-9 (KJV) Thou shalt not be afraid for the terror by night; nor for the arrow that flieth by day;
Psa 91:6 Nor for the pestilence that walketh in darkness; nor for the destruction that wasteth at noonday.
Psa 91:7 A thousand shall fall at thy side, and ten thousand at thy right hand; but it shall not come nigh thee.
Psa 91:8 Only with thine eyes shalt thou behold and see the reward of the wicked.
Psa 91:9 Because thou hast made the LORD, which is my refuge, even the most High, thy habitation;
My friends, God does not want us to walk in fear, even in fearful times! Verse 9 says, if we make the Lord, our refuge (The Most High Lord, Jesus Christ). The One whose name has been made higher than ANY OTHER name. **Php 2:9-11 (GNB) For this reason God raised him to the highest place above and gave him the name that is greater than any other name.
Php 2:10 And so, in honor of the name of Jesus all beings in heaven, on earth, and in the world below will fall on their knees,
Php 2:11 and all will openly proclaim that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. **
My friends, if we run to, dwell in, and remember…His presence is surrounding us. Then no matter what comes our direction, we know He is right THERE with us. Protecting us! Keeping us safe in Him!
So even if, the terror strikes at night or the arrows (missiles) fly in the daytime, we can run to and trust in Him!
Oh Hallelujah! 🙂

The Bible says…Rom 10:9-12 (KJV) That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
Rom 10:10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
Rom 10:11 For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed.
Rom 10:12 For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him.
God didn’t make the plan of salvation hard! Yet, men, religion, thoughts and ideas have made it hard.
People say things like, “You must make for sure your good outweighs your bad or else you will not go to heaven!”
If this is so, then the thief on the cross had no chance of making it to heaven, (aka…”Paradise” until the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead.) Yet, Jesus told him, “Today you will be with Me in Paradise!”
Yes! We should do good! Yes! We should help our family, friends, and neighbours! Yes! We should be kind to others! But this should all be a fruit of us being saved and not tied into actually what produces salvation.
The Bible simply says, Confess with your mouth and believe in your heart that Jesus Christ is the Son of God and that He died and rose again from the dead. Then in doing so, eternal salvation has been produced in your heart.
From our Scripture section above, verse 11 says…the only way to NOT be eternally saved. Is to NOT accept His Grace of salvation, by believing and confessing His Sonship and Lordship!
Look at the verse again…Rom 10:11 For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed.
The Greek word for ASHAMED in this verse is the word, καταισχύνω (kataischunō) pronounced – kat-ahee-skhoo’-no
It means; to shame down, that is, disgrace or (by implication) put to the blush: – confound, dishonour,
So the only way to NOT be saved! Is to dishonour God by not accepting His Son Jesus as Lord and Saviour!
But when you do accept Him, you will NEVER be disgraced! Or you could say it this way. When you accept Jesus Christ as the Son and God. As your Lord and Saviour then you will ALWAYS be IN His grace!
Does this mean, you will never sin or do wrong, again? Absolutely not! But what it does mean, is that you will always be in His Grace, wrapped-up by His love. So that when you mess up, you can run to His loving arms and not away from Him! Oh hallelujah!
My friends, are you ready to say “YES” to Him?
Then pray (confess) and believe this simple prayer with me… Father God, I believe Jesus Christ is your Son. I believe He came to this earth to be our sacrifice for sin. He was born of a virgin. Lived as a man, anointed by your Spirit. Died for me on the cross and rose again for my salvation. I accept Him now as my Lord and Saviour and as my best friend! Jesus I know I can always go to You and you will listen to me. I know if I mess up You will be there to help me through it. I thank You for loving me! I thank You that I am now on my way to heaven and eternally saved in You, the Beloved Son of God. In Jesus name I pray, Amen and Amen!
My friend, you are now part of the family of God! You are now my brother or sister in the Lord and I am so excited! If we don’t meet here on this earth, I know we will in heaven and I will be so excited to hear your testimony.
If you would like to comment or send us a message so we can celebrate with you, that would be great. Otherwise, no worries! Be blessed in all you do!

This is great news!
Romans 8:11 (KJV) But if the Spirit of him (#HolySpirit) that raised up #Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you.
My friends, the same power of the Holy Spirit that indwells every born-again believer. Is the same power of the Holy Spirit that raised-up Jesus from the dead!
The Greek word for “Quicken” is the word G2227 (Strong’s number) ζωοποιέω (zōopoieō) Pronounced – dzo-op-oy-eh’-o
It means…2b) to restore to life 2c) to give increase of life: thus of physical life 2d) of the spirit, quickening as respects the spirit, endued with new and greater powers of life.
The same Spirit that produced “#Life” in the body of our Saviour when He was raised from the dead. Is the same Spirit that will “Restore to life; Give increase of life; and endue us with a “New” and “Greater life” here in our mortal bodies!”
Yes! We are born-again and on our way to heaven, as believers!
Yes! We have been given a new-spirit on the inside of us, after we accepted Jesus as Saviour and Lord!
But please note what part of our being has been “Quickened”! It is our mortal body! Our outward body that is seen with the physical eyes! The body that normally reaches a point in life, in which it begins to break-down, fall-apart, not work as well as it once did, and then speeds towards decay and death.
So not only have we been given this new-life (Born-again to life in our spirit) which gives us a secure future, in Him. But we have also been given this newness of life in our “Physical” body, as well.
In our mortal body, we have been restored to-life or towards-life and not to-death or towards death.
I believe we are the end-time generation! The one which will be here during the rapture of the church, which precedes the 2nd coming of The Lord! If so, then there are some of us who are reading this now, who will not experience physical death. Instead, we will be changed in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, moment! From wearing or living in our mortal body into an immortal body! Oh Hallelujah!
But while we are here in this body, we can believe for and speak newness of life over our physical body. Jesus paid that price for us! And if His blessed Holy Spirit lives in us, then we can expect to see good days of a healthy life while we are here in this earth!
Somebody give Him a shout of praise for what He has done for us!
The first two letters of the Hebrew alphabet make up the word – Father.
It is the word אב pronounced as AV.
In Hebrew there are names and word-pictures (symbols) for each of the letters, as well as a numeric value.
The word-picture for the 1st letter of the alphabet א (ALEPH) is the picture of an “OX”. It stands for strength, head, leader, and first. It has a numeric value of “ONE”.
The word-picture for the 2nd letter ב (BAIYT / BET) is the picture of a house or a tent. It stands for household, family, being inside or within. It has a numeric value of 2.
So then the “Father” of the family unit should be the leader in the home. He should lead by example and with godly wisdom.
Because of his important role in the family, as he goes and does…so goes the rest of the family, in general.
(However, the Bible gives us examples of wives/mothers in the household, as the ones who had more influence over their children. This is when the father did not lead the family properly or with good-godly counsel.)
But to all the Dad’s who are doing their best, to be all they can be in the family unit. We salute you and give you honor on this day!
Thanks for protecting us, watching over us, providing for us, leading us by your awesome example, and for just being our father/dad!
We love you!
